  • How long does the service takes?
    It depends on the service and your platform.
    Modded Accounts delivery for all platforms is 15 minutes.

    Account boosting services for consoles (PS/Xbox) up to 24 hours for cash/unlocks, rank up could take up to 2-3 days.

    PC Boosting up to 2 hours.

    Hardly ever your order might be delayed, there is might be an issue with your accounts or you purchased the service on busy days.

    If you feel like your order has been delayed, please contact us support@bromodding.com and we will tell you the reason. We compensate for all the delays with in-game items, currency.
  • Can I pay in EUR, CAD, GBP, AUD etc
    All the prices on our website are in United States Dollars. You can place the order in USD, but your bank will automatically convert it to your local currency.
  • What's your refund policy?
    All orders made on our website are final and not refundable.
    There are no returns/refunds. The only way we can possibly allow one is if the service didn’t work for you.
    We’re able to do the replacements on the rare occasion if a service went wrong we will just redo it or replace it.

    Will it work for Xbox One X, Xbox One Series S? Absolutely, our services work for all Xbox One consoles.
    What are the requirements for Xbox One GTA Service?
    We'll require Xbox Live Email and password account details from you, for cash orders your character should have at least 300.000$. There are no requirements for rank/unlocks services.
    Delivery time
    Cash/unlocks is up to 24 hours, ranking up to 2-3 days.
    How long should I stay off my account?
    For cash drop normally up to 5 hours once you have been logged out, for rank up 2 days, for unlocks packages up to 10 hours once you've been logged out.

    Will it work for PS5, PS4 Pro, slim, fat etc?
    Absolutely, our services work for all Playstations. PS3 doesn't support GTA Online anymore, so we don't provide services for that platform.
    What are the requirements for PS GTA Service?
    We'll require PSN Email and password account details from you, for cash orders your character should have at least 300.000$. 2 step verification has to be enabled and we will require from you back up codes.     Is it safe, will I get banned?
    We've been modding GTA for Playstation for over 5 years and never had any bans, so it's safe and you won't be banned, we don't use any cheats or mods for our services.
  • PC GTA FAQ
    Will it work for Epic Games, Social club, Steam?
    Absolutely, our services work for all GTA Online PC platforms. Please make sure to provide correct info and account details from the platform you purchased the game or the platform you open first to sign in into GTA. If you open steam first, then GTA, please provide steam login and password and make sure that steam guard is turned off. If you open Epic Games first, please provide Epic Games Email and Password on the cart page. If you open social club first, please provide social club email and password on the cart page.
    If before playing GTA you open steam first, then click on GTA and it opens social club, please DO NOT provide social club details, in that case we will need steam login and password.
    What are the requirements for PC GTA Service?
    Just have GTA Online character created, that's the only requirement and make sure that you've provided correct account info and platform.
    Delivery time
    All PC Orders may take up to 2 hours, on rare occasions it can be longer at night time in the UK our modders is off.
    How long should I stay off my account?
    Up to 2 hours.

    Is it safe, will I get banned?
    Currently, there is a 20% ban chance for PC orders. We do everything to minimize the bans and give our customers advice on how to use the account correctly after boosting, but 2 of 10 customers gets banned, it might be because they don't follow the instructions provided. If you ever get banned after our service, please contact us once you will get unbanned, we will apply the free service again on your account.
  • Do you have discord?
    No, we don't have a discord. Please don't trust anyone on discord, there are some scammers trying to pretend that they are bromodding. We don't accept any payment on discord, gift cards, PayPal etc. All payments must be made via bromodding.com. All official bromodding contacts can be found here.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept banks cards from any country. Visa/mastercards/Amex, iDEAL, Giropay, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Crypto. Our payment gateway doesn't accept visa gift cards, please contact us we have a solution for that case.
